Where do you ship? And where are you shipping from?
Currently, we only ship to the U.S. If you’re located internationally and would like to place an order, please reach out to us at team@roamoften.com for assistance. We will try to accommodate your request, or give you information on when we will be able to ship to your country. All orders are sent from Orange County, California.
When will my order ship?
Merchandise is processed within 1-2 business days of purchase and shipped thereafter. If you’ve selected our free Standard Shipping, please allow 3-8 business days to receive your order. We ship all orders via UPS Ground. You will receive a delivery confirmation once we ship your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable and we are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect addresses.
I live outside the U.S. Can I place an order?

What is your return policy?
- You can return or exchange your item 30 days after it is received for any reason with proof of purchase, packaging intact, and all items included.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- To initiate a return or exchange, simply email team@roamoften.com for return/exchange authorization instructions.
What is the warranty/procedure for damaged items?
We have a 30-Day Guarantee: if your Roam Often bag breaks or gets damaged within 30 days of your delivery date, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost, including shipping.
