How fast will I receive my order?

Merchandise is processed within 1-2 business days of purchase and shipped thereafter. If you’ve selected our free Standard Shipping, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order. We ship all orders via UPS Ground. You will receive a delivery confirmation once we ship your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable and we are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect addresses.

Can I get faster shipping?

You bet! Rush delivery is shipped via FedEx Express 2-Day and Standard Overnight.

I live outside the U.S. Can I place an order?

Currently, we only ship to the U.S. If you’re located internationally and would like to place an order, please reach out to us at team@roamoften.com for assistance. We will try to accommodate your request, or give you information on when we will be able to ship to your country.

How do I care for my Roam Often products?

Our products are built to stay stylish wherever you travel, but they may need a little TLC every now and then. To clean, gently spot clean with a slightly-damp cloth only. Spot dry immediately after with a dry cloth. Do NOT machine wash Roam Often products.

What’s your return policy?

You can return or exchange your item 30 days after it is received for any reason with proof of purchase, packaging intact, and all items included. Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Roam Often. To initiate a return or exchange, simply email team@roamoften.com for return/exchange authorization instructions.
